What This Warranty Covers
Your Resurge is warrantied against manufacturing defects and failures in normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery. This includes:
- Jump-start circuitry and battery failure due to manufacturing defects
- Inflator motor or pressure-sensor failures under normal use
- Faulty LCD displays and non-functioning buttons
- Charging and power-bank function failures
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, water, or attempted unauthorised repair
- Wear and tear from rough or commercial use
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage (not a defect)
- Consumable items such as the storage bag and accessories unless defective on arrival
How to Make a Claim
- Email officialresurgepty@gmail.com or use our contact form with the subject "Warranty claim".
- Include your order number, a short description of the fault, and photos or a short video of the issue.
- We'll assess within 24 hours and give you a prepaid returns label if the item needs to come back.
- After assessment, we'll repair, replace, or refund your unit — no quibbles.
What You Get
If your claim is approved, you'll receive a replacement unit or a full refund of your purchase price. We also cover the return shipping cost for in-warranty claims.
