Starting a Return

1. Email us at officialresurgepty@gmail.com or use our contact form (choose "Returns & refunds").
2. Include your order number, the reason for returning, and photos if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
3. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label where applicable.

Return Conditions

• Item is in unworn, resaleable condition with all accessories (clamps, storage bag, manual) and original packaging.
• Return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
• Faulty items are covered regardless of condition — we'll always replace or refund.

Exchanges

Want to exchange instead of refund? No problem — let us know and we'll prioritise sending the replacement while your return is in transit.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and issue your refund. Funds appear in your account within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Items showing clear signs of intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair are not eligible for a refund. In every case we'll reach out before making any decision.
