Every Resurge order ships free with tracked courier delivery — no minimum order, no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You'll be able to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door. Need help locating it? Head to our Contact page and pick "Order status", or email officialresurgepty@gmail.com.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected window, hasn't been scanned in a while, or shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate right away.
If your Resurge arrives damaged, email us photos of the parcel and product within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — your choice, at no cost to you.
